Made in the USA - let's do this!

Reshoring, insourcing, near sourcing, made in the USA . . . Lots of talk these days about bringing manufacturing "back to the USA".

How do you figure out and compare costs when making the decision on where to buy your products and/or packaging? The Reshoring Initiative has a Total Cost of Ownership Estimator program that is free - go to it here: TCO Estimator.

There is also a Verified and Self-Certified Made in USA Brand Certification Mark logo label available out there. It’s a non-mandatory brand enhancer and identifier of goods made or grown in the United States. When you are a Made in USA Brand licensee, you meet the accreditation standards through verification or through their online self-certification agreement.

The Certification Mark icon has the shape of an outstretched hand and symbolized United States flag. They chose the shape of a hand to stand for the products that are “made” by the hands of workers at United States companies. MadeInUSALogo

Look for packaging companies that source their materials from the US.
