All at the Winter Fancy Food Show 2012. Hundreds of wheels of cheese, blocks of cheese and hundreds of containers of olives . . . so many different colors and flavors of olives all on display at the Show. At first, you go in and graze at the booths. Then you might want to balance things out with meats, yogurt, snack foods, chocolate, cookies, dips, crackers, mochi and gourmet ice cream. Oh and you’ll need something to wash it all down with. No problem, there is water, enhanced water, flavored water, specialty sodas, juices as well as a limited number of wines and craft beer.  Not really a dieter’s paradise, but a packaging paradise for the  Specialty Food industry. I attend with my clients who are exhibiting or walking the show.
